The Van Till Family winery is the culmination of a passion for good food and the Van Till Farms’ decision ten years ago to begin value-adding to the farms’ production. The farm now produces Chambourcin, Traminette, Norton, Chardonel, Concord and Edelweiss and the winery makes small amounts of high quality wines sold only at the farm.
In addition to the grapes, herbs, greens and strawberries are grown in the greenhouses and crusty artisan bread is crafted in the kitchen. “Farm to Table” is the motto, where the freshest farm products are made into artisan delights.
Come and shop in the deli/gift shop and pick out mouth-watering accompaniments to go with your favorite wine. Enjoy your selections on the four-season garden patio, an unusual, relaxing setting in which to pair gourmet foods with unique Missouri wines.
Watch the fire of The Le Panyol wood fired oven, where pizzas are baked every Friday night, on the patio, which can seat approximately 120, and is available for private parties. Chef would be glad to work up a menu for your event, that suits your needs, from a buffet pizza party to a gourmet sit-down dinner.
