White Barbecue sauce might sound different, but boy is it delicious! The recipe below is made even better by adding your favorite, Missouri wine. Try it out!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Reduced Missouri Seyval Blanc
- 1 ½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon white peppe
r1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper more or less to taste
- 1-2 tsp Sugar (Optional)
Instructions
- Reduce the Wine: In a small saucepan, simmer the wine until it is reduced by half. Let it cool completely.
- Combine: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, reduced wine, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Rest: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Serve: Use as a dipping sauce, or brush onto during the last few minutes of grilling.
