The sun setting earlier, casting long shadows, and there’s a crispness to the air that just isn’t there in the summertime. It’s FALL in Missouri Wine Country!
Fall instantly becomes a fan favorite for anyone who visits Missouri Wine Country during this season. Missouri roads have the prettiest views of changing leaves.
If you find yourself between St. Charles and Jefferson City along Hwy 94, be sure to stop in at these wineries to experience unforgettable fall views.

Experience the lookout points along Hwy 94 at Klondike Park and Good News Brewing Company or to even take a little jaunt to the Frontier Park!
Heading over to the other side of the state if you find yourself around Hwy 240. Stop in and grab a bite to eat and savor the wines at these stops. That view might be one of the hardest to beat.

- Along the east side of the state Hwy 79 runs north to south allowing for beautiful stops to see the Mississippi River between Hannibal and Clarksville. Whether you’re looking for a place to spend a couple hours or grab a bottle of Missouri Wine at one the stops below.

Explore additional vantage points along Hwy 79 in Louisiana check out the Country Colorfest on October 18-19 or the murals. Clarksville has antiques shops that are great and Lovers Leap is in Hannibal, or simply anywhere on the Great River Road.

- If you are a fan of the lake during fall look no further. Hwy 242 is the fall loop you need to take a drive down.
In the middle of the state? Don’t worry, there is still fall beauty all around. Heading east from Westphalia all the way over to Beaufort then head north to New Haven there are multiple chances to see the fall colors at wineries. Plan a little extra time for stopping in Rosebud to do some shopping!

- Heading to the northwest corner of the state? Stop at these wineries and uncover the beauty of Missouri Wine Country in the fall.

While on Hwy 21, be sure to stop by and see the Native American Petroglyphs and the Elephant Rocks State Park!
