New Year’s Eve is typically celebrated with sparkling wine. Mix it up this year and try out this New Year’s Eve Red Sangria, using a Missouri Chambourcin!
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 ½ cups rum (clear)
- ½ cup Grand Marnier, chilled
- 1 (750 ml) bottle of Missouri Chambourcin, chilled
- 1 ½ cups watermelon juice, chilled
- 2 cups pomegranate juice, chilled
- 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice, chilled
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ½ liter club soda, chilled
Steps:
- Slice Lemon and Lime into rounds.
- Place fruit in pitcher.
- Pour in rum.
- Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Add Grand Marnier, Chambourcin, watermelon juice, pomegranate juice, lime juice and sugar to pitcher.
- Add club soda.
- Stir well pressing fruit as you stir.
- Serve over ice, add more soda if needed.
