Join us for an evening celebrating the release of our 2025 Nouveau wine and the anniversary of St. James Winery. This exclusive four-course dinner highlights seasonal flavors and locally sourced ingredients, with each course thoughtfully paired with St. James Winery wines or Public House Brewing Company beers.
First Course – Harvest Salad
Fresh greens topped with pears, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and gorgonzola, finished with a cranberry wine vinaigrette. Paired with wine or beer.
Second Course – Stuffed Mushrooms
Locally foraged Ozark Forest mushrooms stuffed with savory sausage and brie. Paired with wine or beer.
Third Course – Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs
Tender Moondance Farms beef short ribs glazed with a Nouveau-infused Korean BBQ sauce, served with a sweet potato stir fry. Paired with wine or beer.
Fourth Course – Lemon Raspberry Mascarpone Tart
A shortbread crust filled with vanilla mascarpone, raspberries, and a touch of lemon, topped with macerated raspberries. Paired with wine or beer.
