Few years ago, we bottled Loft Red (Chambourcin) two ways: part under natural cork, part under Stelvin screwcap.
Same wine. Same vintage. Same winemaker. Same vineyard.
Few years later—they taste surprisingly different.
This is the kickoff of our limited series. We’ll taste blind first, then reveal which is which, talk through what changed and why, and finish with a vote: Team Cork or Team Stelvin.
