Soca Duo (2/5ths) is a crowd-pleasing blend of Island-Rock covers. Everything from classic hits in Rock, Reggae, Country, Calypso and Soca (“SO-ul CAlypso”) infused with charisma, humor, false bravado and Rasta-goodness. She is a Senior at Leavenworth High School and is an active member of Leavenworth High School Women’s Choir, Power & Life, Thespian Troupe, Repertory Theater, and is currently the President of the A Cappella Choir.

Performing for over 40 years, Vaughn Cowden has been a part of numerous bands specializing in reggae, island music, jazz, calypso, and blues with a smooth storytelling flair.
Vaughn is in the Kansas Music Hall of Fame, inducted in 2017 as part of the legendary Lawrence-based group Caribe.
