Enjoy amazing food, delicious wines and great music at ROOTS: Fork & Cork Festival at APW. The APW family teams up with Newman Farm, a Missouri family farm, to take you back to a simpler time. Celebrate roots, heritage, family, friends, wine, art and good food, while you make new connections and rekindle lost kinships.

Newman Farm will supply the local, free range, grass fed, heritage breed Berkshire pork and will be onsite roasting it and talking about their farming practices as well as selling their pork for you to take home. Newman Farm's pork is world-renowned. Famous chefs, high-end butcher shops, restaurants and charcuteries source their pork from Newman Farm. Their pork is the best of the best and they only utilize responsible, ethical and environmentally friendly farming practices. APW's 1855 Cellar Bistro chefs will prepare the sides to go with this outstanding pork and plates can be purchased. It will be a sell-out though so don't hesitate! This will be a foodie lovers delight!

The folk duo, Gloria Attoun and Michael Bauermeister will open for Woodshine, a bluegrass band from Washington, Mo. with a huge following. The five piece band includes guitar, banjo, mandolin, bass, fiddle skills and percussion for a truly musically talented band that will get you grooving in no time at all. This will be a full day of live music, amazing food and local art vendors who will be on hand to sell their handmade wares.
