Great wine and reggae music combine for Röbller Vineyard’s 26th annual Reggae Sunsplash event on Saturday, August 17 and Sunday, August 18 from 1-5 p.m. in New Haven located in the heart of Missouri wine country. The Jamaican-themed weekend will feature live reggae music, home-style Jamaican food and Röbller’s estate wines. Last year, approximately 800 visitors attended Röbller’s Reggae Sunsplash.

The 2019 event will feature popular St. Louis bands Crucial Rootz (Saturday) and NonStop Reggae (Sunday) and Nezzie’s authentic Jamaican food, such as Jerk and Curried Chicken.

The Röbller Tasting Room will open at 10:00 a.m. Saturday with more than 10 wines open and ready to try. Guests can taste wines such as the St. Vincent Rosé, one of Röbller’s classic summer wines, or their newest creation, the 1818 Franklin County Reserve. On Sunday, the winery opens at 12 p.m. Reggae Sunsplash begins at 1 p.m. both days.

Röbller’s Reggae Sunsplash is family-friendly and open to all ages. The entry fee is $5 per person for guests over age 21 (cash only). A covered pavilion and deck with patio seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests are encouraged to bring pop-up tents, picnic gear and lawn chairs to spread out across Röbller’s hillside and enjoy the music and views of the vineyard.
