About

The Missouri State University Campus at Mountain Grove houses a licensed winery and distillery. Located one hour east of Springfield on Hwy. 60, the MSU Winery and Distillery is part of the Darr School of Agriculture. Products are crafted from fruit grown at the historic Missouri State Fruit Experiment Station, est. 1899. The facility supports research conducted on specific winemaking problems and offers educational opportunities for students. Public educational events for artisan distillers, home winemakers and consumers are offered annually.
